15 g m\u011bkk\u00e9ho margar\u00ednu nebo m\u00e1sla<\/p>\n

10 g soli<\/p>\n

450 g hladk\u00e9 mouky (typ 550)<\/p>\n

280 ml vla\u017en\u00e9 vody<\/p>\n

Je to tak jednoduch\u00e9! Nejprve vlo\u017ete mouku do m\u00edsy a prom\u00edchejte se sol\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Nyn\u00ed rozpus\u0165te dro\u017ed\u00ed v vla\u017en\u00e9 vod\u011b pomoc\u00ed vidli\u010dky a p\u0159idejte je do mou\u010dn\u00e9 sm\u011bsi spolu s margar\u00ednem nebo m\u00e1slem.<\/p>\n

Pak v\u0161e hn\u011bteme hn\u011btem asi 3 minuty, za\u010dneme s n\u00edzkou rychlost\u00ed a pak ji zvedneme na vysokou, dokud nedostanete hladk\u00e9 t\u011bsto.<\/p>\n

Nyn\u00ed troubu p\u0159edeh\u0159ejte na 100 \u00b0C (212 \u00b0F), vypn\u011bte ji a p\u0159ikryjte t\u011bsto ubrouskem. Nechte ho kynout 25-30 minut nebo dokud viditeln\u011b nezv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed jeho objem.<\/p>\n
